3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management, Operations Coordination, or similar rolesExperience with Jira, Monday, or similarFluent English (C1+) and Russian (C1+) (our technical team is primarily Belarusians, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and most interactions with the US-based team are in English)Ability to work mainly during Pacific Time hours (ideally based in LATAM or comfortable aligning with US working hours)Preferred but not required: Experience managing internal tool integrations (e. g.
