Hospitality AssistantConference and HospitalityLocation: Bailrigg, Lancaster, UKSalary: £23,580 Full time, Fixed TermClosing Date: Monday 03 November 2025Interview Date: Monday 10 November 2025Reference: 0697-25-RLancaster Conferences & Hospitality are looking to recruit a highly motivated professional to join their team in the role of Hospitality Assistant for our Front of House Team on a full time contract. This role is a great opportunity to build customer service skills and development within food delivery, conference and events.The Team operate all year round delivery of hospitality for university meetings, conferences and events and student college activities, at venues across Campus including the Lancaster Conference Centre, and Forest Hills. We also operate 80 Guest Rooms.During vacation times the Team host larger events for up to 800 people including day and residential conferences.We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering a consistent high standard of customer service and who can work in a high-pressure environment.
