The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors. The Hospitality Assistant will also play an integral part in preparing and hosting events and cultural programs, with flexibility for some remote work as needed.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and resolve inquiries.Experience in Hospitality.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model, combining on-site and occasional remote responsibilities.Knowledge of Milan’s cultural and tourism landscape is a plus.Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a benefit.
