Job IntroductionLocation: GlasgowSalary: Up to £30,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday (some flexibility required for events)We are seeking a motivated anddetail-oriented Hospitality& Cleaning Business Manager tooversee the daily operations of our site in the centre of Glasgow. You will beresponsible for managing and delivering service standards, procurement,payroll, compliance audits, and supporting budgeting processes . You will oversee our dedicated hospitality team of 5,ensuring delivery of consistent, high-quality service aligned with company andclient expectations .KeyResponsibilities Oversee the provision of day to day hospitality services and plan and organise all hospitality events within the department. Work together with the team to deliver hospitality and cleaning service standards agreed in the contract with your client. Ensure catering and cleaning standards are meeting customer and client expectations. Ensure all cleaning standards are kept high in front of house areas and turnover of rooms are managed effectively to meet customer demand Maintain excellent client relationships and communicate with the day-to-day client at every opportunity - holding at least a monthly review meetings Maintaining operational standards across the site in line with SLA’s and KPI’s Administration duties Promote a positive, professional and approachable image among Sodexo employees Experience &Skills Required Proven experience working within food service, cleaning, and/or hospitality industries. Previous line management or team supervisor experience Solid industry knowledge, including awareness of catering developments and innovations. Good understanding of budget management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a standards compliance environment.
