Families can rely on you – whether during intakes and family programmes, or through practical arrangements such as travel, accommodation and transport. You ensure everyone feels at ease, from offering a warm drink on arrival to preparing a well-presented lunch.Behind the scenes, you keep everything running smoothly: coordinating schedules, handling calls and emails, maintaining administration, restocking supplies and preparing meeting spaces so the building always looks immaculate. This allows colleagues and families to focus fully on the fellows.You’re never doing this alone. At Oirschot, you work closely with a dedicated team and maintain frequent contact with our international clinic in Hilvarenbeek. With so many disciplines under one roof – from administration and care to psychiatrists, psychologists, youth coaches and experts by experience – communication flows quickly and smoothly. You work confidently with MS Office, and experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce is a plus. Our approach has proven to be very successful: about 70% of the fellows no longer need specialised care after having completed 10 weeks of residential treatment and a minimum of 4 weeks aftercare. Our success rate is so high because we not only work together with our fellows, but also with their parents. Successful treatment requires a serious effort from both of them.
