Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Specialist located in Okhahlamba. The Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing hospitality services, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing bookings, providing food and beverage services, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
