Combining sophisticated design, vibrant atmosphere, and world-class service, Aura is a must-visit lifestyle destination in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with professionalism and charmManage dining reservations and the waiting list with efficiency and attention to detailProvide appropriate seating arrangements to maximize guest comfort and operational flowEnsure a seamless connection between the reception desk and the service team to deliver an outstanding guest journeyMaintain an immaculate reception area and uphold Aura’s high grooming standardsHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns in a timely, solution-focused mannerSupport the service team during busy periods and assist with event setups when required Qualifications1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury hospitality environment (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)A vibrant personality with a natural flair for guest service and creating memorable experiencesProfessional appearance, confident demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
