We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional level of service. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Hostess at our Hermanus location. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the restaurant area and collaborating with other staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
