It has also received recognition for its commitment to environmental protection and community development through its non-profit arm, the Banyan Tree Global Foundation (BTGF), which aligns the Group’s efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).Key Requirements:Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel management experience, including at least 3–5 years as Director of Operations in a multi-property role, or as Hotel Manager/General Manager.Prior experience in Japan or a strong understanding of Japanese hospitality culture and business practices is preferred.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven track record in hotel operations, budget control, and strategic planning.Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Willingness to be based in Japan and travel regularly between properties.Culturally sensitive with an international mindset and the ability to work in a diverse environment.Passion for excellence, guest service, and sustainability.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Thank you!
