Company Description*Beds Xml Travel* is hiring Experienced *Hotel Operation Specialist (B2B)*                                                     *Role Description*This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Operation Specialist located in Cairo. The Hotel Operation Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, overseeing sales strategies, ensuring efficient operations management, and coordinating project management tasks to enhance customer experiences.*Qualifications*● Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant fieldAnalytical Skills and Operations Management proficiencyCommunication and Sales skillsExperience in Project ManagementAbility to work well under pressure and multitask effectivelyPrevious experience in the Tourism industry ● Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus● Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines● Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage● Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset● Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving● Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure● Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail*Financial package:* -Salary:14K basic + 3K KPI's                                      Benefits :Social Insurance.Medical insurance will be available after probation period  *Working Conditions:* -5 working days + 2 days off Nine working hours including one hour break ( Rotational Shifts )                      *Location* ;                            Nasr city *If you are interested please forward your updated CV to  0107 0158044*
