Located in the stunning hills of Uluwatu, Bali, our resort offers boutique luxury with warm, personalized service.About Hidden Hills VillasLocation: Uluwatu, Bali – a vibrant and up-and-coming destination.Offerings: 14 exclusive villas, 22 luxurious rooms, the Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge with over 50 wines by the glass, a wine shop, and a brand-new spa.Vision: Created by entrepreneur and TV personality Max Loong, our resort is dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences with a personalized touch.Team: A supportive family of hospitality professionals driven by passion and excellence.Your RoleAs our Sales Officer, you will:Develop and execute sales strategies for the resort, restaurant, and spa.Manage and update room availability, rates, and promotions through CloudBeds and OTA platforms.Handle inquiries and reservations from both direct and online channels, ensuring a seamless guest booking experience.Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and repeat guests.Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and identifying new opportunities.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all sales channels.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain detailed client communication records.QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with:Experience: At least 2 years in hotel sales or reservations, ideally within a 4- or 5-star property.System Knowledge: Proven experience using CloudBeds PMS and managing OTA platforms.Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.Mindset: Proactive, sales-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.Language: Advanced verbal and written English proficiency.Preferred: Experience with boutique or luxury properties and international markets.Why Join Hidden Hills Villas?Work Environment: A close-knit, supportive team that feels like family.Location: A stunning resort that combines natural beauty with world-class luxury.Growth: Opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and growing hospitality brand.How to ApplySend your CV and references to hhvrecruitment@gmail.com.
