📍 Location: Nasr-city🕒 Full-time | On-Site | 2 Days offPosition SummaryThe Supply Operations Coordinator supports StayKSA’s supply growth by ensuring hotel partners are onboarded, updated, and performing efficiently. This role sits at the operational core of the OTA, bridging commercial, connectivity, and customer support functions. The coordinator ensures every property connected to StayKSA meets content, rate, and availability standards, maintaining a frictionless flow between suppliers, tech teams, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities: Supplier Onboarding & Content Operations• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new hotels, from contract data entry to system activation.• Upload and verify property details, room types, and rates within the StayKSA Extranet or through partner feeds.• Ensure all listings are complete, compliant, and optimized for conversion (content, amenities, policies, images).• Track and follow up with hotels or channel managers to resolve setup or mapping issues.Supply Maintenance & Performance Monitoring• Monitor rate parity, availability, and connectivity health for all active partners.• Support the Connectivity Manager in diagnosing API errors, missing rates, and mapping gaps.• Flag underperforming or low-availability hotels and coordinate remedial actions with the Commercial and Pricing teams.• Maintain up-to-date records of live vs. pending properties in the internal dashboards and CRMs.Cross-Functional Coordination• Liaise with Finance for contract status, payment setup, and invoicing data.• Collaborate with CX to handle booking-related partner issues or complaints.• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to identify promotable hotels or destinations.Some of the key role success metrics: • Hotel activation turnaround • Property data completeness• Rate/availability error rate• Partner satisfaction (internal SLA surveys)• Timely resolution of supply ticketsQualifications• 2–4 years’ experience in OTA, bedbank, channel manager, or hotel distribution operations.• Strong attention to detail and comfort with large datasets or CMS systems.• Working knowledge of channel managers (RateTiger, SiteMinder, etc.) or hotel extranets.• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Monday).• Bilingual Arabic / English required.• Organized, execution-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving startup.
