The Hotline Agent will manage incoming calls, provide clients with information on real estate services, address client inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves accurately documenting client interactions, maintaining a detailed knowledge of property listings, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and provide comprehensive real estate solutions.
