Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and service-oriented House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the property/hotel and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, housekeeping supervision, staff coordination, and customer service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall functioning of the property, ensuring smooth daily operations. Supervise and train staff in housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance departments. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality throughout the property. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep. Manage inventory of household/hotel supplies and ensure cost-effective procurement. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Monitor budgets and control operational expenses. Plan and oversee events, VIP visits, and special guest arrangements. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure quality control. Maintain detailed operational records and prepare reports for management. Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of housekeeping standards and hospitality best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS). Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
