Let’s create a collection of memories together!Key Responsibilities Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Deliver any guest request directly to their room. Perform other miscellaneous jobs as requested by the supervisor. Maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment used. Check with the supervisor to determine if any special situations are present so that you can give them immediate attention. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Knowledgeable in the steps of room service, including setting up amenities and other related tasks. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor. Complete safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Must be able to bend, squat, stretch,and lift weighing up to 50 pounds Availability to overnight shift, including weekends, and holidays Able to handle difficult situations effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
