🧺 Housekeeping Manager📍 Abu Simbel, Egypt🕰️ Full-time, on-siteSeti Abu Simbel Lake Resort, part of the Seti First Hospitality Collection, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort in a unique and prestigious environment overlooking Lake Nasser.⸻Key Responsibilities • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure immaculate guest rooms and public areas • Implement and monitor daily cleaning schedules, inspections, and quality control standards • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and efficient guest service • Manage inventory and cost control of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally • Prepare departmental reports, staff rosters, and performance evaluations • Support recruitment and continuous development of the housekeeping staff⸻Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager in a 4★ or 5★ hotel • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail • Knowledge of housekeeping systems, inventory control, and SOPs • English proficiency required; Arabic or other languages are an asset • Positive attitude, high integrity, and strong sense of hospitality⸻What We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits • On-site accommodation and meals • A respectful, multicultural working environment • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly developing hospitality group⸻Join us and help shape the future of hospitality in one of Egypt’s most iconic destinations.📧 Interested candidates may send their CV to: michele.doveri@gmail.com📌 Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
