Role Overview: As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our online growth by managing and improving our website, creating engaging digital content, and executing marketing campaigns across social media and Google platforms.
Youll be responsible for ensuring our online presence is visually appealing, up to date, and effectively reaching new and existing customers, while also analysing performance data to continually improve results. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update website content, product listings, pricing, photos, banners, and promotionsCreate engaging content using Canva, CapCut and video tools for online marketing via socialsPlan, schedule, and post content across all social media platformsAnalyse site traffic, conversions, and performance to improve ROIRun and monitor digital advertising campaignsand provide performance insights (Google Ads, Meta, etc. )Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Done Deal etc.
)Create SEO strategy, wording/phrasing through the full website and maintain sameManage Email marketing campaigns using MailchimpCoordinate with external developers or agencies when necessary to optimise and integrate platformsCoordinate all customer queries regarding online sales with associated internal departmentsAnalyse all sales data and provide insight (yearly, monthly, category) identifying key metrics to focus onIdeal Candidate:
25 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or similar roleA degree or diploma in marketing, e-commerce, or a creative/digital fieldHands-on experience managing websitesGoogle Ads + Analytics certified, Strong knowledge of website CMS platformsProficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and social media scheduling platformsExperience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics, excelExperience with SEO tools, Meta Ads, or email marketing systemsStrong attention to detail, Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independentlyBenefits: Competitive salary (based on experience)On-site parking, company training, and events.
