Uşak or İstanbulOnsite – Field-based with frequent domestic travelPurpose of Role: This role is pivotal in ensuring top-tier service quality and boosting Aftermarket (AM) sales performance for HPGR equipment across Turkey. You’ll have the freedom to shape your own career path.Be You and Belong: Weir is an inclusive workplace where innovation, collaboration, and individuality are celebrated.,Key Responsibilities:Lead Field Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of HPGR systems at customer sites—including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair—to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement: Build strong customer relationships through reliable service delivery and technical training, while identifying Aftermarket sales opportunities such as retrofits, upgrades, and spare parts.Technical Excellence & Reporting: Conduct root-cause analysis, recommend preventive actions, maintain accurate service documentation and performance reports in English, and ensure all data is entered into ERP/CRM systems.Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Parts, Quality) to drive continuous improvement, participate in global HPGR service initiatives, and contribute to service efficiency and cost control.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred).Proven experience in heavy industry, mining, or mineral processing sectors.Strong knowledge of HPGR or similar high-pressure grinding/process equipment.Good command of English (spoken and written), with technical reporting skills.We are Weir!
