Key Accountability:Provide a description of the key accountability that position is responsible for. Estimate the percentage of time to be spent on each accountability, totaling to 100%. Indicate whether each accountability is critical or necessary.Prepare payroll for all employees with clear rosters and attendance report from all HODSFacilitate the rooms to stay for new head counts apartment, dormitory and at property sideConduct the orientation to new employees at property side and also some key position in casinoDeal with complaint management with HODs for whole KKCL teamManage employees’ movement for all KKLC  (new employees and resignation to ensure data is right before calculation in payroll) Support KKLC leaves and prepare employees profile properlyWork with CBRE to sort out all concern and report to Assistant Group HR ManagerManage KK KKLC ’s employees’ concerns and report to AGHRDGet all tasks assigned by AGHRD and share with all HR/Admin Team with clear-fair follow upCooperate all tasks with all HOD in KKLC with clear report to AGHRDDo the job assigned by AGHRD.
