Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise office support staff, cleaners and maintenance workers to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service agreements, and warranties.Assist with office space planning, seating arrangements, and workstation setups.Oversee preventive maintenance for office equipment Handle minor repair work or coordinate with service providers for major repairs.Monitor and control office budget allocations related to administration and maintenance.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting periodic checks.Support HR/Admin in onboarding new employees with workspace setup and required facilities.Conduct regular inspections of office premises to identify and resolve issues proactively.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Assist with office space planning, workstation setups, and employee onboarding facilities.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field.Proven experience in administration and/or maintenance (minimum 2–3 years preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with 5S standards and workplace organization.Proficiency in MS Office and basic record-keeping systems.Ability to supervise and coordinate with external vendors and internal staff.Flexibility to handle urgent requirements and willingness to work extended hours if needed.
