We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP.Job Overview:The HR & Admin Generalist will be responsible for managing all HR, administrative, and office operations for the Indonesia office. This role requires a hands-on, independent, and proactive professional who can operate with minimal supervision, handle vendors and partners confidently, and help establish a solid HR and office foundation.The ideal candidate will be someone with strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage people, processes, and priorities effectively while representing the company’s values and professionalism.Position: HR & Admin GeneralistLocation: Jakarta, Indonesia (initially remote, transitioning to hybrid once the office is established)Added Input: Upon submission of your application, a link to a questionnaire specific to the applied role will be provided. Kindly ensure timely completion and responseKey Responsibilities:Support local administration for employeesAdminister employee benefits and liaise with insurance providers for renewals and claims.Maintenance of inventory lists (access cards, laptops, etc.)Maintenance of employee records, tracking of leave days.In charge of mobility management for local and global travel of employees.Handling office administration including timely monthly invoicing communication.Liaising with payroll vendor for monthly payroll runs, local statutory deductions and necessary compliances.Handle HR documentation, employee contracts, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding.Liaise with payroll vendors for monthly salary processing, BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan), and PPh 21 (Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21).Support the development of local HR policies and benefits aligned with corporate guidelines.Handle employee queries and act as the first point of contact for HR matters.Drive engagement and team-building activities to build a positive workplace culture.Office & AdministrationManage all administrative and operational aspects of the Jakarta office including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination.Liaise with vendors, suppliers, insurance agencies, legal partners, and building management.Source and negotiate office leases or coworking space options as needed.Obtain and compare quotations for office supplies, services, or contracts, and maintain them in organized Excel tracking sheets.Oversee office setup, maintenance, and general operations once the local office is established.Handle mobility arrangements for local and international travel (bookings, reimbursements, documentation).Ensure smooth communication and administrative support for all Jakarta-based staff.Contract & Compliance ManagementManage all contracts related to employees, vendors, and office facilities.Ensure timely renewals, proper documentation, and compliance with local regulations.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for HR and administrative documents.Support internal and external audits and ensure readiness of HR and compliance materials.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).4–5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration, preferably in the IT or professional services sector.Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, BPJS, tax (PPh 21), payroll processes, and vendor management.Proven ability to work independently and manage operations remotely until the office setup is complete.Experience in vendor and contract negotiation, office setup, and end-to-end administration.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS or digital document management systems.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalent) is a plus.Personal Attributes:Independent, reliable, and proactive - capable of managing operations with minimal supervision.Strong personality with good judgment, confidence, and negotiation skills.Resourceful and adaptable - able to handle situations even when not explicitly instructed.Organized, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential matters with professionalism.Positive, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure.ME: This is youAn analytical and problem-solving consultant with the desire to develop your own skills and talents.An eloquent and extroverted person happy to support our pre-sales cycle.Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.Able to lead a small team, with strong social and communication skills.WE: That's usA great team of passionate consultantsStrong personalities that are fair, open, and respectful to each otherAttractive and competitive salary and packageA company that continuously spends more than 6% of its revenue in the education of its employeesInterested in sharing the ONE passion?We’d love to hear from you!
