We give forward-thinking businesses the tools to accept, send, and manage payments effortlessly, wherever they operate.Responsilities:Own the monthly pre-payroll cycle: collect/validate hires, transfers, terminations; base pay, allowances, variable pay; timesheets, overtime, and leave data.Maintain accurate records in the HRIS; prepare the pre-payroll package for Finance; reconcile variances before cut-off.Administer all leave types (annual, sick, parental/maternity/paternity); track accruals/balances and documentation.Prepare preliminary bonus/commission calculations in line with plans and individual agreements (incl. prorations).Managing the processes of drafting and maintaining service agreements: preparing documentation, renewals, terminations, and monitoring deadlines and statuses.Reviewing and approving employment and service contract terms for compliance with local labor laws (particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong).Work with an EoR/payroll platform (e.g., Remote): data uploads, payslip checks, ticket follow-ups, and issue resolution.Partner closely with Finance on calendars, handovers, and statutory submissions.Requirements:2–4+ years in HR Operations/Payroll Operations in an international environment.Hands-on pre-payroll experience and confident HRIS data management; strong spreadsheet skills.Working knowledge of Cyprus labor law (time/leave, payroll inputs, documentation).Familiarity with UK payroll and hiring practices (e.g., role classification/occupation codes) is a plus.Experience collaborating with EoR/payroll providers (ideally Remote) and immigration vendors.Solid understanding of GDPR and secure handling of employee personal data.English: Upper-Intermediate+ (additional languages are a plus).We offer:Attractive monthly salary paid in line with experienceVacation, sick, and paid holidaysFlexible working hoursFull-time: 5/2Modern workplace with all necessary equipmentA team of top international professionals to learn fromMulticultural working environmentJoin Unlimit Team now!Unlimit is an equal opportunity employer.
