Our cutting-edge solutions, rapid adaptation to market challenges, and technological excellence set us apart from traditional companies.Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT, and VISA.The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as HR Generalist (Kazakhstan)!Requirements— Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar— Solid knowledge of Kazakhstan labor law and HR compliance practices— Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, adaptation, and employee lifecycle management— Proficiency in HR documentation and administrative workflows— Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams— High level of self-organization and attention to detail— Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets and HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, 1C, Bitrix24, Zoho People, etc.)— Preferred: experience launching HR processes from scratch; English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher— Ability to coordinate and maintain efficient office functioningResponsibilities— Manage full-cycle recruitment: profile creation, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and hiring manager coordination— Oversee onboarding and adaptation processes for new hires— Maintain accurate HR documentation in compliance with Kazakhstan labor laws (employment contracts, orders, leaves, terminations, etc.)— Promote and support internal communications and corporate culture initiatives— Assist with HR programs including employee engagement surveys, performance feedback, and efficiency evaluations— Maintain employee records and HR analytics, prepare internal reports and dashboards— Coordinate with external providers (e.g. payroll, health insurance, training vendors)— Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and internal procedures— Organizing and maintaining the daily operations of the office— Planning and conducting team-building events and internal activities— Performing the role of a travel coordinator: booking flights, hotels, organizing business trips, and maintaining related documentation— Partially covering office manager responsibilities: office supply management, handling incoming correspondence, liaising with vendorsWork conditionsImmerse yourself in Crypto & Web3:— Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.Work with the Fintech of the Future:— Develop your skills in digital finance and shape the global market.Take Your Professionalism to the Next Level:— Gain unique experience and be part of global transformations.Drive Innovations:— Influence the industry and contribute to groundbreaking solutions.Join a Strong Team:— Collaborate with top experts worldwide and grow alongside the best.Work-Life Balance & Well-being:— Modern equipment.— Comfortable working conditions, and an inspiring environment to help you thrive.— 24 calendar days of paid leave.— Additional days off for national holidays.
