About the job HR & Administration AssistantWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Administration Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and HR functions across multiple regional offices.Key Responsibilities:Administrative SupportManage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.Handle petty cash, track daily expenses, and prepare monthly financial summaries.Support logistics, travel arrangements, and communication with vendors and service providers.Coordinate with the companys operating teams to resolve administrative or technical issues.Human Resources SupportMaintain and update employee files and records (contracts, onboarding documents, etc.).Assist in recruitment processes posting vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.Help organize employee events, training sessions, and onboarding activities.Requirements2 - 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Turkish is a plus).Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
