You’ll be generating, transposing, and reviewing large volumes of employment contracts – particularly for nursing and clinical teams – and making sure every “i” is dotted and every award classification is correctly applied. Drafting and issuing accurate, award-compliant employment contracts at scaleTransposing contractual information into systems with precision and speedManaging onboarding and lifecycle documentation across a busy workforceApplying legislative knowledge to ensure compliance every step of the wayNavigating HRIS platforms and streamlining digital workflowsProactively resolving queries and improving documentation processesAbout YouYou’re the kind of person who triple-checks your work before hitting send.
