This sense of purpose inspires us to work to the highest standards, to tackle the challenges that matter.About The RoleManage the end-to-end delivery of key employee lifecycle processes such as leave management, employee letter requests, probation tracking, reward and benefits, and contracts of employmentRespond to employee queries within agreed lead timesSupport annual HR cycles including performance, reward, and benefitsReview and maintain ongoing data updates, ensuring accuracy on relevant systemsMaintain and update employee details on our HR system, WorkdayDevelop in-depth knowledge of in-house systems, internal policies, and processes, providing guidance to users as requiredParticipate in ad-hoc HR projects as they ariseAbout YouExperience in a similar HR advisory roleExcellent organisational skills with first-rate attention to detailExperience using data entry systems and ability to quickly learn firm-specific systems and processesAbility to maintain strict confidentiality with strong knowledge of data protection requirementsExcellent multitasking skills and ability to deliver tasks and turnaround deliverables in a timely mannerGood communicator who keeps team/leads informed of progress and escalates issues as necessaryExperience with an HR system is desirable but not essentialIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
