Barden is delighted to be working with one of our clients in Cork City to identify an experienced HR Administrator for a six-month contract.This role offers a great opportunity to join a busy HR function where you will be part of a supportive, energetic team, helping to keep things running efficiently while the wider HR team focuses on key projects.You will take ownership of the day-to-day HR administration that keeps everything moving - from onboarding and documentation to reporting and employee queries. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and wider team to ensure HR processes run smoothly and consistently.ABOUT THE ROLE:Coordinating onboarding, interviews, and general recruitment support.Maintaining HR records, employee files, and HR systems.Assisting with policy updates, reporting, and compliance activities.Supporting HR projects focused on engagement, learning, and development.Handling queries from employees and managers in a professional, confidential manner.ABOUT THE PERSON:A relevant degree in HR, Business, or a related area.At least 2 years experience in HR administration or a similar role.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and HR systems.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - someone who enjoys getting things done.Professional, discreet, and comfortable managing sensitive information.
