Listing reference: click_022744Listing status: OnlineApply by: 30 November 2025Position SummaryIndustry: HR Services, Recruitment & SelectionJob category: HR AdministrationLocation: Cape TownContract: PermanentEE position: YesAbout Our CompanyClicks GroupIntroductionThe Clicks Group Services HR team is looking for an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative functions and coordination to the HR team and business unit.Job DescriptionJob Objectives:Administrative coordination and timeous submission of payroll, recruitment, benefits, SAPC, on boarding and IR documentation according to relevant checklists.To Resolve all telephonic and e-mail queries promptly and efficiently through relevant role players.To Capture and maintain relevant data timeously into relevant systems, ensuring that the information is accurateTo produce accurate and timeous HR reports to support HR reporting requirements.To file and maintain all relevant HR documentation for the business unit to be produced at a later date (e.g. CCMA, Payroll, etc.)To assist with any day to day or ad-hoc administrative tasks and projectsMinimum RequirementsJob Knowledge:Essential: 1 year Microsoft office suite (Word, excel, powerpoint, Outlook)Desirable: 1 years knowledge of HR PracticesDesirable: 6 months HR policies and proceduresDesirable: 1 year knowledge on Payroll processes and administrationJob Related SkillsEssential: 1 year Interpersonal and communication skillsEssential: 1 year Planning, organising, co-ordinating skillsEssential: 1 year Problem Solving skillsEssential: 1 year computer literacy skillsEssential: 1 year administrative skillsJob ExperienceEssential: 1 year HR administrative experienceEssential: 1 year HR query handling experienceEducationEssential: 3 year relevant tertiary qualification (BA, B Com (HR), B Soc Sc, B.
