PwC is looking for an experienced Reward Specialist to lead the design and implementation of fair, competitive, and market-aligned reward strategies that reflect the true value of our people.Job SummaryFormulating and implementation of fair, equitable, and market-competitive reward strategies and policies that reflect employees’ value to the firm, with a strong emphasis on extrinsic rewards. This role also oversees end-to-end management of annual salary increases and multiple bonus cycles, remuneration benchmarking, Workday reporting, job evaluation, and reward related Employee Value Proposition initiatives. Key responsibilities: Own South Market Area salary increase and bonus strategy and execution; project management of entire process -set timelines, policies, and governance Build and validate salary/bonus schedules for staff and trainees for all Lines of Service and SATIC; run scenario modeling and variance analysis against budgets Conduct remuneration benchmarking in coordination with various stakeholders and create pay scales using market information and survey house management Diagnose pay anomalies (compa-ratio, range penetration, outliers) and recommend corrective actions within policy and budget Conduct an annual pay gap analysis per Line of Service and per position Produce and quality-check Workday/Excel reports and dashboards; maintain audit-ready documentation and approval trails Lead communication plans with HC Communications; deliver manager toolkits and briefings Coordinate job profile development and conduct job evaluations using established methodologies to ensure leveling consistency Assist with the design, development and implementation of the Employe Value Proposition for all staff Present insights and recommendations to leadership; influence decisions through data storytelling Identify and implement process improvements and automation Establish and management of relationships with key vendors Skills and competencies: Statistical analysis: descriptive stats, outlier detection, scenario/sensitivity modeling Job evaluation methodologies and grading frameworks; pay structure design (bands/ranges/bonus matrices) Project and change management; stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive-ready communication Workday: advanced reporting and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) knowledge; reconciliation and error resolution Advanced Excel Strong digital fitness across MS Suite Stakeholder management Highly organized; detail-oriented; deadline-driven; resilient; collaborative; can-do attitude and strong personal work ethic Ability to handle high volumes of work in a pressurized environment Ability to work at a fast pace with a high level of accuracy and quality Additional Competencies: Conflict management Clear Communication Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 6 – 8+ years in reward management Professional certifications (GRP/WorldatWork) Familiarity with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, REMchannel, Vencon, 21st Century, REMeasure)
