Job ref: 2025-205Job type: PermanentLocation: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8PBSalary: £32,597 - £36,363Closing date: Thursday 20 Nov 2025 16:30Please note that although this job advert is for a permanent post, offers for fixed term contracts may also be made from this file.BAND: 5Job PurposeTo support the Senior HR Advisor (ER) to effectively deliver employee relations activity with a primary focus on the day-to-day implementation of grievance, discipline, dignity at work and attendance management cases, as well as supporting the effective delivery of health & wellbeing services.Requirements Degree level qualification (Level 6*) in Human Resource ManagementANDMinimum of 1 years' experience working in a Human Resources function to include providing professional advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.ORLevel 5* qualification in Human ResourcesANDMinimum of 2 years' experience working in a Human Resources function to include providing professional advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
