Role Description: The HR Analyst supports the organization’s human resources strategy by analyzing workforce data, optimizing HR processes, and providing insights that contribute to effective talent management and organizational development. This role plays an essential part in maintaining accurate HR information systems, generating meaningful reports, and helping HR teams make data-driven decisions related to recruitment, retention, performance, and workforce planning.Key responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and validating HR data from internal systems such as HRIS platforms, payroll tools, and applicant tracking systems. The HR Analyst prepares regular and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics—such as headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, absenteeism, performance indicators, and employee engagement trends—to support leadership and departmental planning. The role may also assist in maintaining dashboards, building statistical models, and evaluating talent data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.The HR Analyst helps optimize HR workflows by reviewing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements or system enhancements. Additionally, the role may assist with compensation benchmarking, benefits analysis, job evaluation, and compliance reporting. Collaboration with HR business partners, recruitment teams, and finance departments is essential to ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality. The HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting HR projects such as system implementations, policy updates, diversity and inclusion reporting, and workforce planning exercises. They may also support training coordination, employee survey analysis, and HR documentation management.The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in HR technology, analytics, and strategy, with potential career paths into HR Business Partner, HR Operations, People Analytics, or Compensation & Benefits roles.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field.Strong understanding of HR concepts, workforce analytics, and data management principles.Proficiency with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, or payroll platforms; experience with systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle is an advantage.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or analytical tools (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or data visualization tools is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate insights clearly.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment in handling employee data.Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn new HR systems and analytics tools.
