Job responsibilities:Develop and maintain compensation and benefits models, ensuring internal consistency and external competitivenessLead the annual HR budgeting process and provide regular forecasts of HR-related costsPrepare reports and draw conclusions regarding budget execution, focusing on cost and headcount aspectsProvide support to HR Business Partners and Finance department with dataCreate and improve procedures related to compensation and benefits processesDesign and improve compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc)Coordinate compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes developmentCreate and present HR reports and metrics to management, providing insights to support data-driven decision-makingManages the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, incentive programs, and salary adjustmentsDevelops and delivers reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership, Finance and HR teamMinimum criteria:Education: University degree business administration, finance, or a related field is requiredExperience: At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or job analysis, with expertise in budgeting process, salary analysis and reportingStrong proficiency in ExcelFluency in English languageSkills and knowledge:Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze compensation data, job descriptions, and market trendsAttention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in job evaluations, compensation structures, and benefits administrationTechnical Skills: Skilled in building HR dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to translate people data into actionable insightsKnowledge of Labor Laws: Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, such as minimum wage laws, overtime, and benefits complianceJob Analysis Expertise: Strong knowledge of job analysis methods and techniques to classify jobs and align them with appropriate compensation levelsProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to address discrepancies in compensation or job classification and resolve issues related to employee concernsCommunication Skills: Clear communication with employees and management regarding compensation, benefits, and job roles
