Tiber Taber is an upcoming kid’s apparel brand. (www.tibertaber.com) based out of Delhi. We are a young and passionate team, working together to build an organized indian kidswear brand.We are looking for an HR cum Office AdministratorRoles: Employee Data & Records: Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel files (contracts, leave, performance data) in the HRIS. Draft and issue all official HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation).Recruitment Support: Coordinate the hiring process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute all onboarding paperwork, conduct new hire orientation, and manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.Payroll & Compliance: Collect and verify daily attendance and leave data for accurate payroll processing. Ensure all HR processes and documents comply with local labor laws.Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and administrative requests, ensuring confidentiality. Conduct maintenance staff drills.Administration: Assist with general office administration and support for employee engagement activities. Assist in maintaining subscriptions, office repairs.Skills1–3 years of experience in HR Administration, preferably in a retail/ small corporates setup. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) Strong knowledge of basic Indian labor laws and compliance.Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
