We’re looking for an enthusiastic office-based HR Assistant to support our international HR and Talent Acquisition team with daily operations, and HR projects across EMEA with a focus on the UK. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within HR/Talent Acquisition.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide administrative support in the recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with scheduling, document creation, and onboarding preparationsYou will act as the first point of contact for candidates, shaping the candidate experience by arranging interviews and responding to candidate inquiries You will maintain and update HR systems for employee information and time management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entries and deadline trackingYou will manage employee files by handling contract amendments, updating records for current and former employees, and ensuring data accuracyYou will be responsible for creating essential HR documents, such as employment contracts, certificates, and reports, while maintaining confidentialityYou will handle sensitive employee information with care and ensure compliance with data protection regulationsYou will collaborate with internal departments on HR-related needs to support smooth interdepartmental operationsYou will schedule and monitor health and safety appointments for employees to ensure compliance with occupational health requirementsYou will assist with HR projects and marketing initiatives under the guidance of HR Managers and HR Business Partners, contributing to employee engagement and HR branding effortsYou will manage communication with external bodies such as health insurance providers, social security offices, tax authorities, and immigration offices as neededThis position is office-based in LondonQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalentPrior experience in a similar Recrutiment/HR administrative roleProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused approachAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismIf you’re looking to join a dynamic team and grow your career in HR, we’d love to hear from you!Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
