About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer management. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to core HR operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionCoordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.Draft and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.Conduct preliminary phone screenings and provide feedback to hiring teams.Schedule and manage interview logistics, ensuring timely communication between candidates and interview panels.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.Support in the preparation of offer letters and handle pre-onboarding documentation.Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.Onboarding CoordinationLiaise with internal stakeholders (Admin, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.Prepare and manage onboarding checklists and documentation.Support employee induction sessions and ensure new joiners’ compliance with HR processes.HR Operations Support (as needed)Maintain candidate and employee records in HR trackers and databases.Assist in preparing recruitment metrics and dashboards for management review.Provide administrative and coordination support for other HR initiatives as required.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support (internship experience will also be considered).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with recruitment data and trackers.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Availability to join immediately or within short notice.Interested candidates can directly share their resumes on "recruit.dxb@dsa-arch.com" mentioning "HR Assistant" as the subject.
