Join us and our 18.000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities that include but not limited to personal file, onboarding, probation, promotion, termination, retirement to meet daily business needs.Be key user for E-sign platform for HR, Workday, HR S4U, could provide processes and operations guidance to customers. Support and advice ELC relative procedures are well designed, communicated and followed. Be able to troubleshoot on HR system issue diagnose and problem resolution so as to make sure data accuracy and customer needs.Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete employee P-files.Support HR Connect related projects base on requirement.Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)Bachelor degree above, nice to have 1-2 years’ work experience in HR relevant areasGood communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and EnglishProficient in HR System and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OutlookBe interested in automation technologyBasic labor law knowledge is a plusYOUR APPLICATIONAre you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
