Job Description

Position Summary:Incumbent will be responsible for partnering with the Engineering Team to align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring consistency and compliance with company-wide policies and procedures. Will be responsible for providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the HR business partner for Easypaisa's Engineering team and facilitate HR support to Engineering departmentsSupport the Lead HRBP in providing strategic and tactical workforce planning aligned with Engineering’s plan and company directionEnsure adherence to Easypaisa’s policies and advise line managers on people management matters, including compliance and performance investigations.Develop and implement people strategies/frameworks incorporating sound organizational development principles, including a talent management plan to build talent pipelineIdentify key roles for succession planning, especially for critical technical and leadership positions, and build a strong internal talent pool by nurturing high-potential employees.Drive change management initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, especially in technical fields where PWDs, women, and minorities are underrepresented.Identify learning gaps and development needs of stakeholders, and act as a channel to communicate these to appropriate units.Build strong talent pipelines, particularly for hard-to-fill roles in technical, engineering, and leadership positions.Execute performance management processes such as goal setting, EES surveys, succession planning, talent reviews, performance improvement plans, and final appraisals.Facilitate group sessions for the annual engagement survey and work with the teams on action planning, including consistent follow-up and progress accountability.Responsible for executing HR programs and developing cultural values within the division.Collaborate with the Reward Expert Team to ensure rewards and incentives align with business unit or function goals.Support the Lead HRBP in fostering a high-performance culture through efficient capacity planning, timely recruitment, and proper implementation of people policies and processes.Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the banking and financial services sector, engaging with universities, industry groups, and other stakeholders to attract top talent.Periodically analyze HR metrics and provide strategic feedback and recommendations to management.Be responsible for managing the improvement of employment cycle activities, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement based on data analytics.The incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by easypaisa bank limited values (Integrity & honesty, extreme ownership, collaboration & teamwork and customer focus) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.Responsible for managing compliance risk ‘inherent’ in their day-to-day activities, processes, and systems for which you are accountable. This includes the responsibility of business lines to own, develop, and update systems, policies, processes, and procedures to manage compliance risks inherent in their day-to-day activities.Education:Minimum BBA degree from any reputable institute, MBA in HR preferredExperience:8-10 Years of relevant work experienceCompetencies:Ability to plan and execute career management processesStakeholder ManagementTechnical recruitment & Talent ManagementInterpersonal SkillsOrganization design and reporting structures.Sound knowledge of Branchless banking/FINTECH industry
