Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support countries within our Mediterranean Commercial Unit, partnering with leaders across Italy and Spain. This role combines strategic HR partnership with operational leadership, playing a key role in driving business performance, talent development, and organizational transformation.As a trusted advisor to the assigned countries leadership team, you will help shape and execute the people strategy that supports commercial growth and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with the CU Head, country commercial managers, and the EAME HR leadership team to deliver impactful HR initiatives across talent, culture, and capability.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a multi-country, matrix environment. A hybrid role with 2/3 days per week required in Bergamo and Madrid offices (alternating).Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with commercial prioritiesSupport organizational design, workforce planning, and talent managementDrive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership developmentLead change management and transformation initiativesOversee HR operations including recruitment, retention, employee relations, and compliancePartner with HR Centres of Excellence and Finance on compensation, workforce planning, and labour costsEnsure compliance with local employment laws and company policies across the Mediterranean regionAbout You5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar roleFluent in English, Spanish or Italian (tri-linguist would be advantageous)Experience working in matrix and multinational environmentsStrong background across talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR operationsExperience leading HR teamsStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, Psychology or related field (Master’s a plus)Why Join Us?Strategic HR role with regional leadership exposureOpportunity to shape the people strategy across Italy and SpainWork in a dynamic multinational environment
