Become part of the Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar in Frankfurt.TasksAs an HR Business Partner for our team, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. I am managing our greatest asset at the Digital Hangar – our teams and people. This is an Individual Contributor role.I provide coaching and guidance on performance, engagement, and employee lifecycle processes I advise on employment law and implement individual personnel measures for my delegated employee community I collaborate on HR-related projects particularly representing the perspective of HR policies & practices/employment law I ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices and ensure that people initiatives are aligned with business priorities I design and maintain a self-service portal ensuring accessibility and scalability of HR resources I influence operational efficiency by introducing measures to reduce manual touchpoints, automate workflows, and enable managers & employees I partner with HR teams across Lufthansa Group to constantly improve and align best practices and HR standards BenefitsPart-time modelsFlight privilegesCanteen (subsidized by employer)Business cell phone / iPadFree snacks / drinksCompany bonus (if applicable)Development programs / Training opportunitiesJobticket / Subsidized public transportFitness studio / sports facilities / company football etc.Discounts / shoppingEmployee events (summer festivals, participation in sports competitions etc)Hybrid working possibleMentoringFree parkingFlexible working hoursRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as an Human Resources professional or an HR Business Partner Extensive experience in employment law and practical experience Ability to apply my strong communication skills to effective, open and trustworthy communication with our teams and candidates Strong organizational skills and communication skills Willingness to go the extra mile with a “doer” mentality Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it Very good command of English language, German is a plus
