Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Agri and Manufacturing Line of Business (LOB) will be based at the Corporate Office and will oversee complete HR operations for the business units under this vertical. The role requires extensive experience in employee relations, industrial relations (IR), compliance, and business partnering for a distributed workforce. The HRBP will manage HR operations remotely across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and smooth delivery of HR services across all employee categories.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the strategic HR partner to business leaders in the Agri and Manufacturing divisions, driving HR strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, employee life cycle management, performance management, training, and engagement for all employee categories — from workers and staff to senior management. Manage industrial relations effectively, handling union and employee relations issues, grievance redressal, negotiations, and statutory compliance at multiple sites. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements across manufacturing and field locations. Lead manpower planning and oversee timely hiring and onboarding for factory, field, and office-based employees. Drive HR initiatives in performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Mentor and lead the HRBP team under the Agri and Manufacturing LOB to ensure efficient and consistent HR delivery. Partner with the Head of HR to design and implement policies, systems, and frameworks for improved HR governance. Monitor HR dashboards for key metrics such as attrition, attendance, productivity, and statutory compliance. Drive change management and organizational development initiatives to enhance business performance.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience with strong exposure to manufacturing or agri-based environments, of which at least 4 years should be as an HR Business Partner or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in Industrial Relations including handling unions, negotiations, and compliance across labor-intensive setups. Proven track record in managing remote site HR operations and end-to-end employee management across all levels. Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and factory compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership capability to guide and develop a distributed HR team. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.Working Days: 5.5 days per week or alternate Saturdays as per organizational policy.
