The team consists of the Head of HR Switzerland, Payroll Manager, and HR Generalist, and together you will deliver high-quality HR support for our Swiss organization.At the same time, the role has a strong European dimension: you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Europe, as the business areas you support operate on a regional, multi-country level. This makes the position an exciting opportunity to act locally while contributing to broader European people initiatives. As HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, supporting all aspects of the HR lifecycle – from recruitment and development to performance and change management – and driving both operational excellence and strategic impact.ResponsibilitiesOperational HR ManagementDeliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance, and offboarding).Coach and advise line managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.Partner with line managers to design and implement people strategies that foster engagement, growth, and retention.Strategic HR Partnering.Support organizational development, change management, and transformation initiatives.Promote and strengthen company culture, motivation, and adherence to the company’s values and code of conduct.Collaborate on talent and succession planning processes in alignment with local and European priorities.HR Process Development & ProjectsYou will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools, and support the rollout and implementation of regional HR programs at the local level. You will exchange best practices and ensure alignment with HR colleagues across Europe, lead or participate in HR-related projects – both functional and cross-functional – and build strong internal networks to promote collaboration within HR.ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent qualification (HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg.
