Acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees, the HRBP supports organizational effectiveness by driving talent strategies, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.From Noatum Ports we encourage you to join our project!Key ResponsabilitiesWill work at the group’s headquarters in Barcelona – Torre Auditori – although occasional travel to other work centers across Spain will be required, as we operate multiple sites nationwide.Your mission will be key to Noatum’s success, as you will drive all initiatives, policies, and processes designed by the People department’s areas of expertise (H&S, Administration, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Legal), while ensuring compliance with current labor legislation.You will be the trusted reference point for all stakeholders in the organization, responding to business needs and contributing to Noatum’s transformation. You must be a change agent, capable of managing and advising on transformation processes. Work closely with different levels of the organization to understand business needs and provide expert HR advice, participating in decision-making on matters such as workforce planning, budgeting processes, development plans, training needs, promotions, salary reviews, structure definition, roles and responsibilities, and setting objectives and productivity KPIs.Provide professional HR advice and coaching, and design solutions that meet business needs, improve labor relations, and enhance productivity, development, and talent retention.Analyze and report on HR KPIs and participate in personnel budget planning to identify areas for improvement.We OfferPermanent contract. A role with many possibilities for professional and personal growth.At Noatum, we guarantee equality and non-discrimination based on sex, race, religion, disability, age, and sexual orientation in our selection processes, in order to make the most of people's abilities in all their diversity, avoiding any type of discrimination.Requisitos mínimosBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, with solid knowledge of labor legislation.Previous experience of at least 3–5 years as an HRBP in the logistics, maritime, and/or industrial sectors.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English (C1 level).Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented individual, with the ability to interact assertively with people at different hierarchical levels within the organization.Strategic mindset capable of identifying synergies that promote cross-departmental collaboration, support decision-making processes, and demonstrate influence and business-oriented thinking in a transformational environment.Highly organized and coordinated profile, able to follow up on multiple initiatives and maintain continuous interaction with People department teams and business stakeholders.Experience in multinational companies with multiple legal entities, work centers, and various collective agreements will be valued.#Noatum Ports
