A QUADRANTE is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a 12-month project, to join the Human Resources Department at our Lisbon office.As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with several Business Units, supporting both leaders and teams across a broad HR scope.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for the assigned Business Unit, including CV screening, interviews, and proposal negotiation.Lead the Onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and structured integration of new colleagues.Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit leaders, providing guidance across all HR-related matters.Provide direct support to employees, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and a positive employee experience.Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology, or similar) - mandatory.Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar HR roles, including recruitment responsibilities.Advanced knowledge of English (other languages will be valued).Strong interpersonal skills, with a people- and results-oriented mindset.Problem-solving ability, autonomy, and high sense of responsibility.What we offer:As part of the Quadrante Group, you will join a ambitious, and collaborative HR team.We work every day to deliver high-quality solutions and foster the growth of our people through engaging challenges and diverse projects.A dynamic and inclusive work environment, where knowledge sharing and teamwork are key.The opportunity to support multiple areas of the business and gain broad exposure to strategic HR topics.A 12-month project with real impact, integrated in a growing international organization.A culture that values potential, continuous learning, and professional development.Join the Quadrante Team!
