As a local HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the key point of contact, providing expert guidance on a broad range of HR topics—from hiring and termination to performance management, engagement, and compensation & benefits. You'll collaborate closely with our Global Competence Center and report to the Head of People & Culture, Europe North & West Countries.
