And now, we’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’s ready to lead the way.Let us tell you about the role 📚As Talent Acquisition Partner at Nextory, you’ll own the full recruitment journey, from strategy to onboarding. Ensuring we attract, hire and keep the best talent. But this isn’t just a TA role: as part of our small, global HR-team, you’ll also contribute to shaping the broader employee journey, jumping in where needed and driving initiatives that make Nextory an even greater place to work.Some examples of what you might be spending your time on:Design and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.Lead employer branding initiatives across internal and external channels.Analyze recruitment metrics and talent market insights to drive data-based decisionsEnsure a safe, compliant, and inspiring workplace while overseeing office operationsManage recruitment tools and vendor relationships (Teamtailor, LinkedIn, Refapp, testing platforms) and drive AI-powered process improvements.The main character we’re looking for 👀We believe that with solid experience in talent acquisition, you approach every challenge with a data-driven go-get-it attitude. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to turn hiring needs into success stories and thrive in a fast-moving, international, and creative environment. You are fluent in both Swedish and English. Furthermore, we believe you have:Relevant educational background within HR, business, or similar fieldAt least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within fast-paced or tech-driven companiesProven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyExperience working with ATS systems (preferably Teamtailor) and digital sourcing toolsExperience with setting up strategies for employer brandingThe Nextory way of working 🏠At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success – and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible.
