Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Morgan City, LA. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. This role involves collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, conducting training and development programs, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
