We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a passion for driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee development. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service to associates and management in alignment with company goals. In this role, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units you support, their plans, and objectives. If you are enthusiastic about creating positive employee experience and seeking to pursue a rewarding career, we’d like to meet you!This is a hybrid work environment position with at least 3 days on site at the Torrance, CA location.Estimated Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 anually based on qualifications and experience.Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.What You’ll DoPartner with department leaders to understand business goals and develop aligned HR strategiesProvide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent developmentLead initiatives that elevate employee experience and engagementProvide policy guidance and interpretationManage and resolve employee relations issuesConduct effective, thorough, and objective investigationsWork with managers on safety incident review and managementMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees ensuring regulatory complianceCoach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team effectivenessGuide managers through performance conversations, employee relations, and change initiativesGuide managers on employee recognition, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.Collaborate across HR functions and partner departments to deliver seamless support from employee onboarding to development to employee departuresUse data to uncover trends, solve problems, and spark innovationLead HR training needs for business units and individual development needsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field from an accredited college or universitySHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR certified, preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist roleStrong knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including but not limited to compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment lawsSafety OSHA experience a plusAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesProven ability to build relationships and confidence in coaching leaders and influencing outcomesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skillsExcellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make recommendationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, hands-on experience with Workday or comparable HCMWhy Choose UsImpactful Role: provide strategic and operational HR consultation to diverse departments across multiple statesInnovative Solutions: assess HR initiatives to develop recommendations that support business strategiesDiverse Responsibilities: work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, tackling various critical HR prioritiesLeadership Focused: utilize your leadership skills to guide managers in handling HR mattersHere's a Little Bit About UsWe are transforming the laundry experience with innovative technology, better options, and unparalleled service and support.
