As a Climate Positive company, we restore more than 100% of its carbon, water, and energy use back to the earth, in our four manufacturing facilities right here in the USA.We have an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing all aspects of the liquidless laundry sheet operation. This includes managing the mixing (in collaboration with the Chemist), drum dryer operations, cutting table, and packaging equipment in alignment with the production schedule.The role ensures efficient production while upholding safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities will be carried out directly or through supervision of team members.1st shift, 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Supervisor Opportunity available. Responsibilities Include:Supervising all liquidless sheets employees including Sheets Lead, Cutting Lead (2nd Shift or 3rd Shift) at assigned ECOS location using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain an efficient pace while ensuring quality and safetyWorks with COO on weekly production scheduleOverseeing the proper labeling and packaging of productEnsuring operation has the necessary components (tools, materials, etc.) to run production successfullyEnsuring operation is set up and ready for production at beginning of each shiftReviews production sheets throughout the day to make sure production is running efficiently and on-timeReporting equipment problems and/or failures, to Plant Manager and/or Maintenance Technician; identifies if outside contractor is needed to addressCoordinates basic maintenance duties including routine preventive maintenance and equipment repair based on level of knowledge and skillset and assures the work is complete.Overseeing the cleaning of all line equipment, as necessary and ensures sanitary regulations are metWorking closely with HR team to address and resolve employee relations issues immediatelyProviding input regarding training needs and handles training of team members as needed to ensure maximum outputMaintaining a thorough understanding of, and compliance with, regulatory standards including but not limited to US FDA, US EPA, OSHA regulations, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).Handles other special projects and requests, as neededRequirements: In order to be successful, you will need:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferredAt least three to five years of supervisory experience in a production environment operating with KPI’s and lean manufacturing principlesPrevious experience working in an environment that operated with continuous improvement initiatives and KPI’s to measure performanceKnowledge of 5S workplace organization principles and ability to apply them in daily operations.Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office as well as ERP systemsAbility to perform routine machine maintenance and basic equipment repairAbility to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment, and other necessary itemsAbility to multi-task and supervise a split-shift production operationAbility to manage time effectivelyDetail oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructionsEqual Opportunity Employer/minority/female/disability/veteranWhy join the ECOS family:Comprehensive group insurance including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and supplemental insurance plans including accident and critical illness401k with company matchPaid vacation and sick payEleven paid holidays per year including your birthdayPaid parental bonding leaveSustainability incentives for purchasing eco-friendly carWellness programs and incentivesEqual Opportunity Employer/minority/female/disability/veteran
