该职位来源于猎聘 核心职责 1、制定人力资源战略，设计组织架构优化方案，建立人力资源三支柱体系，制定各模块等政策，支持业务战略落地 2、带领COE团队，制定专业能力提升计划，推动跨部门协作。 3、为HRBP提供专业支持，解决复杂人才问题 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源/管理相关专业优先 2、5-10年大型制造业HR经验，3年以上COE模块实操（薪酬绩效、培训、组织发展、人才发展等方向） 3、战略思维：能结合业务需求设计解决方案，推动变革落地。
