HR Data Reporting Trainee

In this role, you’ll be at the core of our HR reporting processes — collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple countries and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization. Logoplaste goes beyond expectations turning rigid plastic packaging’s impact on the planet into a net positive for the environment and business.What You’ll DoCollect and consolidate HR data from different systems and countries;Validate information and ensure compliance with corporate data standards;Support the preparation of HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, compensation, talent metrics and others);Collaborate with local HR teams to solve data inconsistencies and improve reporting quality;Contribute to improving HR reporting processes and documentation.
